Idealyt provides AI-powered business idea analysis and validation tools. The Service analyzes user-submitted business ideas and provides automated feedback, metrics, and insights for informational purposes only.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service; (d) interfere with the Service's operation; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
You retain ownership of ideas you submit. However, you grant us a license to process your submissions to provide the Service. Our analysis, branding, and technology remain our property.
The Service provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of analyses. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idealyt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
